1. Who we are

Crown Helicopter Sales (“Crown,” “we,” “us”) is an Authorized Robinson Dealer based at Inverness Airport (KINF), Florida, serving buyers nationwide. Questions about this policy: 1-877-R22-4466 or through our contact page.

2. What personal information we collect

We collect information you give us directly when you fill out a form, call, email, or text us, including:

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, and mailing address if you provide it.
• Inquiry details — the aircraft you’re interested in, your build configuration, a trade-in you describe, your budget range, and anything you write in a message field.
• Files you upload — such as a configurator PDF or screenshot attached to a build request.
• Communication preferences — whether you’ve agreed to receive text messages from us.

We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit: the page you were on when you submitted a form, the referring site, your browser type, and general device information. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site. A small browser setting remembers whether you turned the site’s audio on; it is stored only on your device and never sent to us.

3. How we use personal information

• To respond to your inquiry, quote, build request, valuation request, or aircraft search.
• To communicate with you about aircraft, orders, deliveries, and appointments.
• To send you text messages only if you have opted in (see Section 5).
• To maintain our records of inquiries and transactions.
• To improve the site and fix problems.
• To comply with law, including aircraft transaction and tax reporting requirements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade lists.

4. Who we share personal information with

We share personal information only as needed to serve you, with:

• Service providers that run our site and store our records — our website host and form-processing service (Netlify), our database provider (Supabase), and our customer relationship and messaging platform. These providers process information on our behalf and under our instructions.
• Independent professionals you ask us to introduce you to — licensed financing, insurance, tax, or legal specialists, and only when you request the introduction.
• Robinson Helicopter Company — when you place a factory order through Crown, the information needed to build and deliver your aircraft.
• Authorities — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or safety.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Your opt-in to receive text messages from Crown is used only by Crown, for Crown’s messages to you. We will never sell, share, or transfer your text-messaging consent or your mobile number to any third party or affiliate for their marketing purposes.

5. Text messaging (SMS) program

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on a form, or reply to a text from us, you agree to receive text messages from Crown Helicopter Sales about your inquiry, aircraft availability, orders, deliveries, and appointments. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency varies with your inquiry; typically a few messages per month.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to any message and you will be unsubscribed. You may receive one confirmation message.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records while we’re working with you and for as long as needed to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations for aircraft transactions. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (Section 8).

7. How we protect it

Form submissions travel over encrypted connections. Our records are stored with providers that use industry-standard security and are accessible only to Crown staff with a login. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps.

8. Your choices and rights

• Access, correction, deletion — contact us and we will show you what we have, fix it, or delete it, subject to legal record-keeping requirements.
• Opt out of texts — reply STOP at any time.
• Opt out of email — use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Do not sell or share — we don’t sell personal information, and we honor requests under applicable state privacy laws including those of California, Florida, and other states.

9. Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Links to other sites

Our site links to Robinson Helicopter Company’s configurator and to independent professionals. Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers crownhelicopters.com only.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top. Material changes to how we use information you’ve already given us will be communicated to you directly.
